Last year's Spirit Awards Gala was attended by nearly 700 members, sponsors, and guests. Together, they honoured remarkable ambassadors who consistently exceed expectations, leaving an indelible mark on guests' experiences with their unwavering dedication to exceptional service. We lauded the outstanding achievements of 318 nominees and recognized 18 exceptional award winners, collectively representing over 4,776 years of service in the hospitality sector. These nominees and winners epitomize the essence of hospitality, serving as the backbone of our industry and embodying the true "spirit" of service.
