Taking place on March 12th at 12:00 pm ET, this one-hour virtual session has been designed to assist leaders in addressing the confidence gap by:

• Challenging limiting beliefs and overcoming imposter syndrome
• Identifying and leveraging your unique strengths
• Developing assertive communication skills to express yourself with authenticity; and
• Establishing a robust network of mentors and allies

For over three decades, OTEC has been committed to advancing training and skills development in the tourism and service sectors. As a women-led organization - and in celebration of International Women's Day this March - we are particularly proud to present this to our network and valued partners as a complementary training opportunity.
