My name is Helen Grasso and I have been with the WSIB since 1993. My career span includes many interesting roles as currently a Program Management Consultant in Workplace Health and Safety Services, Change Management Specialist in Electronic Provider Services, Program Associate Policy Lead in the Rate Framework project and an Account Specialist in Employer Services. I am certified in change management and have great working relationships across WSIB and the health and safety system. My business experience in educating WSIB customers on reporting obligations, in depth knowledge of the rate framework policies and classification and premium rate setting structure is complimented by the health and safety support and resources offered through WHSS and stakeholder engagement.
