Strengthening Cross-Border Ties & Advocating for Ontario Tourism

This week, TIAO's President & CEO Andrew Siegwart traveled to Washington, DC to attend an exclusive event hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Government of Ontario. Featuring Premier Doug Ford, the event highlighted Ontario’s Am-Can Growth Plan, a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening economic growth on both sides of the border. The event, which brought together leaders from both the public and private sectors, highlighted the shared history and strategic partnerships between the United States and Canada.

The event provided a platform to network with influential stakeholders, strengthen relationships, and advocate for initiatives that will elevate Ontario’s tourism profile. TIAO's participation in such a significant event underscores our ongoing dedication to fostering international collaboration and ensuring our province remains a top destination for travelers from both sides of the border.
