Andrew Siegwart brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to his role at TIAO. In his eight years as President and CEO of the Blue Mountain Village Association (BMVA), Andrew delivered exceptional advocacy results by building stakeholder coalitions, strengthening government relationships, and raising the organization's public profile. Under his leadership, BMVA achieved significant milestones, including increased member engagement, award-winning destination marketing programs, financial sustainability, and regional economic development. Previously, as Senior Vice-President at the Retail Council of Canada (RCC), he successfully led critical business units and specialized teams, including events, education, sponsorship, communications, membership, research, and program development. His advocacy efforts, particularly in addressing key issues such as labor supply and workforce development, demonstrated his ability to work with a diverse membership base, tackle emerging challenges, and build strong coalitions and partnerships.

Krista LeClair was appointed Executive Director at Kingston Accommodation Partners in December 2019 following nine- years in the charitable sector at Easter Seals Ontario. Krista has held Board positions as an Executive at the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce, President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals South Eastern Ontario, and Director for the Rotary Club of Kingston. Krista is now serving on the Ontario Hotel Council through ORHMA, on the Policy Advisory Committee through TIAO and on the Program Advisory Committee for the Tourism program at SLC. Krista is a community tourism development professional with a focus on sector associations, advocacy and government relations, revenue management, and stakeholder and partnership relations. Krista has experience in the areas of fundraising and event planning, leadership, media, and public relations, and budgeting.

With over 25 years of event planning and execution experience, Natalie can offer services that range from site sourcing, supplier engagement, contract negotiations, collaborative planning and eventual execution of your event, whether it be 25 or 2500 attendees.
With an intense background in the hospitality industry, Natalie Savage has the understanding of both the back and front-of-house workings a multitude of venues. This experience is what aids in the planning and execution of seamless and successful events.
Dillon Fremlin

Dillon Fremlin is a Security and Life Safety specialist with 30 years of successful experience in the law enforcement, fire services, private security and risk management industry. During his law enforcement career Dillon has been involved in 1000’s of investigations and has worked in divisional Street Crime and the Toronto Police Service Major Crime Task Force. Dillon is a Police Constable with the West Grey Police Service and is Blue Mountain Resort's Emergency Services Director and is responsible for the direction of the security and patrol services departments. Dillon is a certified active assailant response trainer and non violent crisis intervention trainer.
Lindsey Sodtke

Lindsey Sodtke is the Manager of Harm Reduction Services at the Guelph Community Health Centre. Lindsey is a certified addictions counsellor who began her career in the field of addictions more than 15 years ago, and has worked in both clinical and frontline community-based outreach roles. In her current role, Lindsey provides oversight to the delivery of services designed to support community members with complex substance use health needs. These include a Consumption & Treatment Services program, a low barrier Health Hub, Outreach Services and the Welcoming Streets Initiative, all part of Guelph CHC’s integrated harm reduction-focused services.
