Since 1995, Smart Serve Ontario has worked closely with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario providing Responsible Alcohol Beverage Service Training Program for the Ontario hospitality industry.
Position Overview
We are a small nonprofit seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our day-to-day technology operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, managing local IT hardware and software assets, and ensuring high-quality technical support for our workforce. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong team leadership abilities to keep our systems secure, optimized, and scalable. Further, you will interact with all 3rd party vendors ensuring contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Able to manage IT infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments
- Manages Cyber Security with 3rd party vendors
- Manages all hardware and laptops
- Monitors system performance
- Maintain asset management
- Interact with 3rd party vendors
- Project manage
Role requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven experience managing help desk workflows and administering enterprise-level infrastructure.
